This class was actually my favorite class this year. The subject was really interesting, since a lot of it actually has something to do with real life (as opposed to trigonometric identities!?) and I learned a lot of really neat things. You were a great teacher too; I liked your easy going teaching style and I like how you showed us cool videos about psychology related topics in the real world. The Play-doh brain was really fun too-make sure you continue it next year!
Since the class was half a semester, I did feel like we rushed through a lot of topics. I felt comfortable in the first nine weeks and I felt that we covered everything thoroughly. But in the second nine weeks, we really rushed through everything, like the social psychology or the psychological disorders chapters. I also think (Me personally, maybe everyone else thought differently) that the stepping through the sections and the vocab cards were really helpful, and I was kind of disappointed when we stopped doing them, since my test and quiz grades started going down a bit.

You liked stepping through the sections? Crazy. Hahah :P Well, I agree with you. I liked psychology cause it's so easy to relate to yourself and your own life. Great job!

I think you're a rare kind that appreciated the stepping through the sections ;) Psychology was my favorite class this semester as well! I think we had to rush because of the whole hurricane business, I bet we coulda watched Sybil! But all the other vids were great, my favorite being where they're doing that solitary thing and everyone goes crazy...except that one girl who slept through it all.

I agree with a lot of the things you've said, specifically Mrs. Halfen's easy-going teaching style. It made class a lot more fun and relaxed. And like you, I also noticed that "hurried" feeling during the 2nd nine weeks, but I think that Hurricane Ike is to blame for much of that.

Ha Ha Stepping through the sections!!! i hated doing those, dont get me wrong i loved the extra credit but hated the hours i spent copying!! You really could relate this class to real life thats why it was so interesting
yea psychology was a fun class, i wouldn't mind taking it again.
